CITY OF NORTH OL~TED <br />ORDINANCE NO,. 65- <br />By F~L~~w .°.~...a ~, <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT <br />WITH THE GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT OF CUYAHOGA COiJNT~t' FOR <br />'THE YEAR 1965, AND DECLARING AN EMEP.GENCYu <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Couneil of the Cz_ty of t~tort.h <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorised to execute <br />a contract with the General Health District of Cuyahoga County providing <br />for the furnishing to the City of North. Olmsted of health services including; <br />all necessary medical, nursing< sanitary, laboratory and such other health c~¢:~~~c~: <br />as ar.e required by the Statutes of the State of Ohio. Said contract further <br />provides that payment for such services shall be made b;~r directing the <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County to place to the credit of the District Health <br />Fund of Cuyahoga County a total Burn of$~~335;,~,,,~ and autho izing <br />him to deduct said sum in equal semi-annu installments of $~~(~, . <br />from the regular tax se.ttlemertt to be made for the City of North. Olmste <br />for the year 1965. The contract to be in full force and effect from <br />January 1, 1965 to and including December ~1, 1965. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety anc:i welfare of the <br />City by virtue of the necessity of executing said contract. in time so <br />that the approval of the State Director of Health can be obtained prior <br />to December 31, 1964; W1lEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest per•LC7d <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ G <br />Francis J, O'Neill, President of Council. <br />Attest: <br />Ralph E, Christman, Mayor <br />
