CITY Of NORTH OIMSTED <br />RES0LUT18N NO - 65 -~_ <br />BY Mr.~~ <br />A RESt3lUTI0N DIRECTiN6 tHE AUDITOR OF CUYAHD&A COUNTY <br />TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH E1E1.1~STED, Dt~tNh THI` YEAR <br />1955, All7AK I~gNEY DUE AIttD tIM1N6 SAID CITY FRDM AHY <br />COLLECTION SOliFtCE, AND DECWtiNG AN EMfR6~Y. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CAUNCIL Of THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br />Sect ton 1. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby requested <br />. to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1965, ali tax money <br />due and owing to said City from any and all tax caliection sources. <br />Section 2. That an attested copy of this resolution shall be <br />immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of Horth Olmsted, and <br />such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity of requesting <br />payment to the City of North Olmsted of tax money belonging to said <br />City from any and all sources distributed by the County Auditor in <br />accordance to law, all for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Opted. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect <br />from and after its passage, or at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:~~ S <br /> <br />Francis J.
