E1t111RC~f'"~r.`Y ~~> <br />NECESSARY l?EPAIR.S <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the C:,ity of North Olmsted has enterezl int~~ <br />an agreement with the ~;c~unty of Cuyahoga to widen and resurface D~~•~,rer~ °~~rentc; <br />Road from Lorain Road to a distance approximatel~r 4pt;} fee+4 Narl-t~i~ rind <br />W~iEREAS, the necessity of this widening and i:~~prtwing is ~3c~;asi'~r~4=°{= <br />by the traffic congestion now existing; and <br />WHEREAS, said Dover Cente~e road improvement cti~ill entail the <br />expenditure of large sums of mone,• ~;oth by the City and t~~e County csf <br />Cuyahoga° and <br />WHEREAS, it is Council's decision to prohibit pavement openirrc~ ir= <br />the aforesaid improved area, except for emergency or t1e~:essar,~ repairs fr~r ; <br />period of five (S) years . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT t~RDAINED by the Cc.;uns~il oaf the :pity of <br />North Olmsted, State ~:~f Ohio: <br />Section l: That the opening of the pavement of the unproved y ec~i,~M=, <br />of Dover Center Road. running from the intersection of Lorain Road to approxirr~."at~:i`' <br />~jp0 feet North is prohibited for a period of five (5) years commencing frc>rrz the <br />time said improved Road is opened to a period five (5) years hence, except fc,x <br />emergency or necessary repairs. <br />Section. 2: The Clerk o} Council is hereby instruc°tes~ to send a copy <br />of this Ordinance to all. property owners abutting I.7over Center Roan iri tl:~' <br />improved portion and to the County Engineer fore Cuyahoga County an;~ t.~r the <br />Board of County Corr.missioners of Cuyahoga County <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and bc=~ <br />in farce at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Secti~~n i'2 of the Charter <br />of the City of Nort~ t 1d/ / ~a~ <br />~_ <br />PASSED: :L / b ~° ._ <br />_ J ~ l/S/E• ~, <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br />Margaret T.
