<br />COTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~ir-/~ <br />i3Y _~~~ <br />~(/ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTNORi~ING AND DIRECTING THE CANCEI.lATf4N <br />OF SP EC I Al ASSESSMENTS ON P ERMIAfitENT PARCEL N0. 23T-5-16 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR COIr~TRUCTION OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, >Sliul~~ ~ ahamic of Lorain lioad <br />hav paid the sum of l,t>~1.lD,1~ in payment of said special assessments, to advance; <br />for the tax years 19 throw 1884, inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Perman~t Parcel No. 237-5-i6 in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authoriz~i and directed to cancel for the years 19 b6 throw 19$4, i~lasive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 66 through 1984, inclusive, amount to ~ 1,010,,2 on <br />said parcel. <br />r~ <br />L <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />~r9e~Y measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 237••5»•16 <br />for the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5.
