CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 66 -( <br />By Mr.`~Q~~ <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, DURING THE YEAR <br />1966, ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND OWING SAfD CITY FROM ANY <br />COLLECTION SOURCE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby requested <br />to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1966, all tax money <br />due and owing to said City from any and all tax collection sources. <br />Section 2. That an attested copy of this resolution shall be <br />immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and <br />such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity ~~f requesting <br />payment to the City of North Olmsted of tax money belonging to said <br />City from any and all sources distributed by the County Auditor in <br />accordance to law, all far the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect <br />• from and after its passage, or at the earliest periad allowed by law., <br />PASSED: ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />Margaret T.
