CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANGE NO, .66- <br />BY <br />1 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO BE EFFECTIVE ~, _ <br />_~, 196, AUTHORIZING AND DPI-~G THE <br />COMPULSORY RETIREMENT FOR ALL FULL TIME <br />CITY EMPLOYEES EXCEPT THOSE EMPLOYEES <br />COVERED UNDER CITY' OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~5-241. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Legislative Committee of Council has recommended <br />to Council that all full time employees of the City of North Olmsted be <br />compelled to retire at age 65 with the exception of those employees covered <br />u~pder City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 6~-241; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is desirous of compulsory retirement of all. <br />full time city employees at age 65 with the exception of these employees <br />covered under Ordinance No, 65-241. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the ~.~ity cf <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That effective -~u''~~ ~ 196~no full tine <br />city employees shall be employed or continue to serve as a full time city <br />• employee after obtaining the age of 65 except those employees covered under <br />City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 65-241. <br />• <br /> <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward <br />a Dopy of this ordinance to each full time employee of the City of North <br />Olmsted with the exception of those employees provided fcr under City of North. <br />Olmsted Ordinance No . 65 -241. <br />Section 5: WHEREFORE, this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of <br />the City of Nor!,th~,,,O,~lm,~sted. <br />PASSED: r~ S~ _ <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
