FR011 MAPLE RIDGE ROAD TO A -POINT 806 FEET NORTH OF MAPLE RIDGE ROAD 'BY CONSTRUCTING-THEREIN A ETHER MAID BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED) STATE . OF OHIO e* Section 1. That it is hereby determined to proceed with the improvement of alter Road, from Idi aple Ridge Road to a point 806 feet north of Maple Ridge 1� Road by Fonstructing therein a, water main, in accordance with Resolution No.1682 passed on the 17th day of October, 1950, and in accordance with the plans, specifications, estimates and rofiles heretofore approved and now on file in the office of the clerk. Section 2. That all claims..for damages resulting herefrom shall be judiciallyy inquired into after the completion of the proposed improvement,, and the solicitor be, and'he i hereby aUuthor�zea.and directed to institute pproceedings in a court, of competent jurisdiction to inquire into such claims. Section 3. Section 4. That the assessments so to be levied shall be paid in ten annual installments, with interest not to "exceed six per 'cent per annum on deferred payment4 provided that the ovimer- of any Property assessed may, at his option, pay such assessment in cash Within thirty days from and after the passage of the assessing ordinance, in which case said assessment shall not include any item of interest upon notes or bonds to be issued in anticipation of the Collection of deferred installments of assessments. That the Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized a.nd directed to advertise for bids for the construction of said improvement according to law. Section 7. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, peace, safety and .yrelfare and shall take effect end be in force from and after its passage. i
