Co°. , officia].s and discussed a settle- <br />ment of the old street li?hting bill. It °seemed" to be ;th.e <br />concensus' of opinion that a fair' settlement would be about <br />$30,000.00, paying: about ?1,000.00 per year yrithout interest. <br />Ordinance' #-584 was introdueed by Mr. Decker. An Ordinance <br />authorizing a contract with the C. E.' I. Co., for furnishing <br />street li;htinc, service in the VillaGe of North plmsted for <br />1941. Tvioved by ivTr. Decker seconcted by 12r: Tomes ; that the <br />statutory rul,e be suspended and the orainance be read immedia- <br />tely the second and third times and put on its passage.
