CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026 - 32 <br />By: Mayor Dailey Jones <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH BOX, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Division of Information Technology ("IT") recommends that the City <br />enter into a contract extension with Box, Inc., and has solicited quotes for a two-year and three- <br />year term, at a cost of $219,847.32 and $320,166.00, respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, IT recommends the three-year contract extension with Box, Inc. as it <br />continues to service the City's needs, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B, presented in <br />comparison to the two-year extension quote attached as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract <br />extension with Box, Inc. and to further authorize the Mayor to execute any documents required for <br />said contract. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter a contract extension <br />with Box, Inc., pursuant to either the proposed contract extension two-year Service Order attached <br />as Exhibit A, or pursuant to the three-year Service Order attached as Exhibit B. The Mayor is <br />further authorized to execute any contract and/or other necessary registration documents.
