v -6- Lakewood and the said The New York Central Railroad Company of a good and sufficient release from The National Carbon Company, signed by its duly authorized oPfiaera, releasing said municipalities and said rail- road company from any and all olaims Pro damages by reason of said grade erossing elirninatlon. The premises to be included in said release ass described as follows: Situated in Section 20, Rockport Township now partly in the City oP Lakewood and partly in the City of Cleveland and having a Frontage of approximately 1200 feet on the southerly aide of 4:adison avenue (Lakewood) and extending along the westerly side of West 119th Street (Highland Avenue) from ~aadison AveznYe to approsiiately 1650 feet south of Berea Road and also having a Srontage of about 1470 Yeet on the northerly side and 2478 Yeet on the southerly aide of Berea Roadj yi~~ the portion lying soul of Berea Road and west of West 117th Street sing in the City of Cleveland and the remaining portion of the property belonging to the Rational Carbon Company being in the C1ty oP Lakev+ood. The evidence of ownership or title and eonditien thereof shall be shown by a statement oP title, rhieh together with the doaumenta be rein authorized to be executed shall be prepared to the approval of the Direotora of Law of the City of Cleveland and City of Lakewood and the attorney for said Railroad where the City of Cleveland, City of Lakewood and New York Central Railroad Company are grantee, respectively. Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and shall take ePfeat and be 1n foroe from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
