WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood, a municipal eo~9o~ation of the State of Ohio, proposes ~o widen Detroit Avenue between Bunts ~oad and Manor Park Avenue in said city and for such purpose desired to secure title to avarcel of land owned by the Sun 0il Company located on the northerly side of Detroit Avenue at the corner of Manor Park Avenue in maid city, and WHEREAS, in consideration Of %he agreement of the Sun 0il Company to transfer said 'parcel of land ~o said City of Lakewood, the said City of Lakewood is willing to enter into certain covenants and stipulations with the said 8un 0il Company.
