ORDINANCE NO. 3241 by Hr. Phillips AN ORDINANCE to provide for the annexation to the City of Lakewood of a portion of territory in the City of Rocky River and declaring an emergency. WHEREAS it is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of a municipal department that a portion of the territory now located in the City of Rocky River be annexec, t to the City of Lakewood, ssid City of Rocky River concurring. HE IT ORDAIhED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: Section 1. That, the annexation of the following described territory: Parcel No. 1. situated in the City of Rocky River, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and~ Starting at a point in the intersection of the center line of Hilliard Road west of Riverside Road and the center line of Riverside Road; thence south 13' 44' 40" east a chord distance of 165.12 feet to a, point in the center line of Riverside Road; thence in the northerly line of the lands of the Bcerd of Park Commissioners of the Cleveland Metropolitan.Park District parallel to the center line of Hilllard Road-and 170 feet southerly therefrom, north 89' 55' Il" west a distance of 499°96 feet to a point in the center line of Rocky River and the line between the city 6f Lakewood and the city of Rocky River the place of beginning.
