An.v person who violates the provisions of this section shall be deem~l gull~ of demeanor and upgn conviction thereof, shall Be fined as hereinafter provided," Be and the same is hereby amende~ to read as feller Section 31, For the purpose of enfercir~ the road regulations referred to in this ordinance the main thoroughfares shall be understood to mean all streets or parts of streets which have car lines, all main market and inter- county highways and also the p~rts of the following streets which are with- out car lines; ~/ebb Road from Clifton Boulevard to Detroit Avenue, Lake Avenue, Franklin Boulevard~ Rilliard Road, Athens Avenue, Riverside Road from Edanola south to the City of Cleveland, Deleware Avehue, Lakewood ttei~hts Boulevard smd Niohole~u Avenue from 01ifton l~o~levard to Detroit AvemAe; ~hrus~ Avenue, Warren Road, Ed~ewater Drive, Fischer Road and Bunts Road from Clifton Boulevard to Detroit Avenue and Larchmont Avent~e, ~nere two main thoroughfares intersect, vehicles traveling on the thorough- fares running in a general easterly and westerly direction s.hall have the right of way over those tr&veling on a main thoroughfare intersecting, with the followin~ exceptions:- (a) ~here traffic sf~nal lights are located, the easterly and westerly rule shall not govern b~t traffic shall be governed by such traffic sSgnals. {b) Vehicles traveling on ~arren Road shall have t~e right of way over those traveling on Athens and Deleware Avenues, Fischer Road and Lake~.,ood Itei~hts ' Boulevard, ~nd 'traffic entering ?,'arren Road from Leonard, Arm;n, Athens, Bayee~ Emily, Garfield and Deleware Avenues, shall stop before entering or Crossin~ Warren Road; [c) Vehicles traveling on Runts Road shall have the ri~h~ of way over those traveling on Merle Avenue; (ct) Vehicles traveling on l~ichelson Avenue shall have the right of way over those trav~.iing on Emerson, Rarlan, M~rle an~ Hazelwood Lve~ues, ~d s~ch traf- fic shall stop before entering or crossing Nicholson Avenue; (e) Vehicles traveling on Manor Park shall have +J~e right of way over those travelin~ on Merle Avenue; (f) Vehicles traveling on '~ebb Road shall h~ve the right of way over those travelin~ on Shaw, Cannon and Northwood Avenues, which traffic shall stop be- fore entering or crossing ~Vebb Itoad; and traffic on \~oodford an~ Norton Avenues shall stop before entering ~ebb Road; (g) ~est bound traffic on Athens Avenue sh~ll stop before entering Oarabel Avenue;
