The top of this wrench shall be formed like the top cf the stop cock, <br />and ~he rod on such wrench shall work in a guide inmnediately below its top or <br />handle. <br /> <br />RULE 48 <br /> <br />- STOP COCK BOXES: <br /> In cases where stop cock boxes and street wmshers are set imto the flagging <br /> or pavement of the sidewalk, the stones shallbe neatly and accurately out, <br /> end the top of the boxes set evem with the surface'of the pavememt cr~.flaggimg. <br /> Im all cases they shall be set flush with the surface of the sidewalk cr lawn. <br /> If from any cause.the s~cp cock box or other fixture is above or below the sur- <br /> face cf the sidewalk or lawn, it shall be brought to the surface of same a~ <br /> the expense of the cema~mer. <br /> <br />~U~ 49 <br /> <br />- SETTII~G OF STOP COCK BOXESt <br /> Stop cook boxes m~st be set truly vertical and the plug in top cf box must be <br /> screwed in tightly by the plumber or persom setting the tax.
