From a point on Hilliard Road, beginning at the corporate limits of the City of Lakewood, thence on Hilliard Road to Delaware Avenue; thence east on Delaware Avenue to Brown Road; thence !\Torth on Brown Road to Athens Avenue; thence East on Athens Avenue to Clarence Aven~e; t~nce south on Clarence Avenue to Fisher Road to the City limits of the City of Cleveland; thence to the Public Square in the City of Cleveland,over such route or routes as the City of Cleveland may determine. The schedule of .operations~ of s~aid ~,~tor Buses '.shall be approximate as follows': Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 8[:~Q0 P.M. a base schedule of not more than 30 minutes; the rush or peak schedule 15 minutes or less; between the hours of 8:00 PoM. and l:00 A.M. a schedule shall be maintained of not more than one hour. The above schedul~ do not include Sundays or Holidays, on whic days the schedule shall not more than one hour between the ho~ of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. SECTION IV. THIRD: If, during the continuance of t~is franchise, the city charter shall be so amended, ch~aged or alt ered that there is no longer director of public works acting for the city, then the powers and dutie~ conferred uo0n said directo~ of public' works shall be exercised b y suc~ officer as ~hall succeed to his powers~and duties. If there is no such officer under the law, then the city government of Lake~od, Ohio, will appoint a representative, conferring upon him the necessary authority t~ in all respects, act under the terms hereof. SECTION V. ZON~ STOP}. The company, subject to the approval of the director of public may designate bus stops and equip the same with ma,{ers. At all design{ stops on the motor bus line of the company, the city may set aside a ce~ space or zone for such use. The city shall also establish and enforce traffic rules and regulations as will serve to expedite the movement of company's buses.
