S CTZO Fares covering one continuous ride between any point on the routes herein specl led, or as hereinafter establls_~ed betv~een the termini in Lakewood and the Public Square in the City of Cleveland, Ohio, and reverse, shall be as follows: oF Cash 15~ Ticket or Token 2 for 25¢ %'?holly within.the city of Lakewood 5¢ Children under 6 years of age accompan- ied by an Adultt Free Policemen and Firemen of City of Lakewood, when in uniform and wearing official ba~ge Free SECTION VII. INSUR~/~CE. The .company shall at all times, at its own expense, keep insured each and every bus used in its operations, against liability for property damage and liability to the public in the amounts hereinafte set forth, in insurance companies authorized to do business in the state of Ohio° ' / The property damage coverage on avery bus shall provide insuranc for the company against loss by reason of the company's legal liabili for damage to or destruction of any property, including dmuage or de- struction to property of persons carried in or upon such buses, on ac of any accident due to the ownership, maintenance, operation or use o said buses. Dhe public liability coverage on each bus sh~,ll provide insurance for the company against loss by reason of ti~ company's leg liability to others for bodily injuries, accidentally sustained, including death at any time resulting therefrom, and including covera for injury and/or death to persons in or upon such buses (passenger hazard) on account of any accident due to the ovmership, maintenance, operation or use of said buses. : The property damage coverage required on each bus shall be not 1 than the sum of five thousand dollars (~5,000.00), and the public li bility coverage required on each bus.s~all~not be less than six thous dollars (~8,000.00) for each person mn~ure~ or killed, and, subject t such minimum limit for one:~person injured or ~led, shall be not les than the sum of thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000.00) for any numb of i~rsons injured or kil~d in any cae accident. A statement showin a list of the policies, se%ting forth the names of the companies and evidencing the fact that the minimum amount or amounts of insurance reeuired under the terms hereof is being carried, which list shall be supplemented from time to time as often as is necessary to keep the same accurate and up-to-date, shall be filed and kept open to inspect by the public at all reasonable times during office hours with the director of public works. In lieu of the insurance herein provided for, the corn?any may at its option, but subject to t_he approval of the director of puolic vm~ and the director of law, execute to the city of La!~wood, Ohio, and file with the director of public v~of~s, a bond or bonds v~ith good anf sufficient surety or sureties to be approved by the director of publf works and the dire ctor of law in sm~ounts of not less than zke sums iz t~s section specified for each bus to be operated under this franch~ and conditioned vhat the company will pay any d~.aa<ge that may be adj~ finally against it as compensation for the loss of life or injury ~o persons or property caused by its negligence.
