Any person who violates ang of the provisions o. <br /> this ordinance or ang order, rule or regulation issued under th e <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor <br /> and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not <br /> exceeding Five Hundred 0500.00) Dollars or imprisonment for not more <br /> than six months or bg both said fine and said imprisonment. <br /> Section 6. It is the intention of the City Council that <br /> each separate provision of this ordinance shall be deemed independent <br /> of all other provisions herein, and it is further tTie intention of <br /> the City Council that if any provision of this Act be declared to be <br /> invalid, all other provisions thereof shall remain valid and enforce- <br /> able. <br /> Section 7. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br /> emergeneg measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, <br /> provided it recei ves the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br /> members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br /> immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Adopted: Dec. 15, 1941. <br /> H h n.
