Under paragraph id) of Secti$n 8 of the Specifications, an <br /> additional charge of $3.00 per lamp shall be made for each <br /> discontinuance of a lamp~ when ordered after the expiration of <br /> the first 60 days of the contract period, said amount robe <br /> payable in lmnp sum upon completion of the work. <br /> <br />4. If all previous billings under Sections 1, 2 and 3, above, have <br />beenpaid in full, the monthly billing ~muder Section f~for lamps in <br />service shall be subject to a discount of 6% of the gross amount <br />so billed, if the net amount is paid in f~l~ within 60 days from <br />the billing date. ~ <br /> <br />The amounts charged for replacements under Section 2, above, or <br />for discontinuances of lamps under Section 3, above, are net and <br />shall not be subject to such discount. <br /> <br />The Bidder h~reby declares that the only persons, firms or companies <br />interested in this bid is The Cleveland Electric Ill~m~nating Company. <br /> <br />5. It is mutually agreed that the contract dated December 26, 1942 <br />entered into by the City of Lakewood pursuant to Ordinance No. 4120 <br />adopted November l6, ~42 with The Cleveland Electric Illuminating <br />Company for the periodBeginning December 27, 1942 and ending <br />December 26, 1947 shall terminate and be considered n~ll and void <br />as of 12:00 o'clock noon, official time, October 1, 1947. <br /> <br />IN I~ITNESS V~EREOF, the~City of Lakewood, an Ohio Mduicipal Corporation, <br />Party of the First Part, has hereunto caused to be affixed its <br />corporate name and seal by ~mos I.
