- 2 - <br /> <br />nor exceed for pneumatic tires, twenty-four thousand <br />pounds; or by any two successive axles, spaced more <br />than four feet but less than eight feet apart, shall <br />not exceed for solid tires, twenty-four thousand <br />pounds, nor exceed, for pneumatic tires, thirty-one <br />thousand five hundred pounds: or by any two success- <br />ive axles, spaced eight feet or more apart, shall not <br />exceed, for solid rubber tires, twenty-eight thousand <br />pounds, nor exceed for pneumatic tires, thirty-eight <br />thousand pounds; nor shall the total weight of vehicle <br />a~d. load exceed, for solid rubber tires, twenty-eight <br />thousand pounds phs an additional six hundred pounds <br />for each foot or fraction thereof of spacing between <br />the front axle and the rear most axle of the vehicle, <br />nor exceed, for pneumatic tires, thirty-eight thousand <br />pounds plus an additional eight hundred pounds for each <br />foot of spacing between the front axle and the rear-most <br />axle of the vehicle; nor shall the weight of vehicle and <br />load imposed upon the road smrface by ar~ vehicle ex- <br />ceed, for pneumatic tires seventy-eight thousand pounds; <br />nor shall such weight ef vehicle and lcad exceed, for <br />solid tires eighty per cent of the permissible weight <br />of vehicle and load as provided for pneumatic tires. <br />In this section the word vehicle shall mean any si~le <br />vehicle when not in combination, or any combination of <br />vehicles, as defined in section 6290 of the General <br />Code of Ohio." <br /> <br /> Section 2.
