The Director of Finance is hereby authorised and directed on behalf <br />of the City of Lakewood to make application to the Bureau of Xnspection and Super- <br />vision of Public Offices for its approval of the establishment of said 'CiVil Defense <br />I~_L_,~.o and to forward to maid Bureau & co~y of this 0rdinan~o. Conditioned upon and <br />upon Ehe receipt of approval by the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public <br />Offices for the establishment of eaid special fund as herein provided~ the Direetee <br />of Finance shall forthwith eotablish~ ~aintain and treat said eCivil Defense Fundu <br />as provided in this ordinance or a8 authorized by statutes <br /> <br /> Section ?.
