- 10 - <br /> <br /> Section 13. PUBLICATION. The Clerk of Council shall cause <br /> each component code to be printed in separate pamphlet or book form, <br /> <br /> and thereupon assemble all such component codes into not less than <br />~oo complete books as The Codified Ordinances of the City of Laker <br /> <br /> wood, Ohio, ~952, for certification as correct by the President of <br /> Council, the Clerk of Council and the Mayor. The Clerk of Council <br /> shall attach one such complete book to the Original manuscript copy <br /> of this Adopting Ordinance as provided in Section 8. He shall cause <br /> the Charter to be reprinted in form similar to that of the component <br /> codes. He shall deliver one complete book including the Charter to <br /> the Mayor, one to the Judge of the Municipal Court of Lakewood, one <br /> to each member of Council, one to the head of each department and <br /> division of the City, and a complete book or such component codes <br /> to the employees in each department or division as may be requested <br /> by the director or head thereof. He shall sell the complete book <br /> and the codes separately, at such prices as Council from time to <br /> time may fix. The Clerk of Council shall have authority to exchange <br /> copies of the Codified Ordinances with other cities extending like <br /> courtesy to the City of Lakewood. The Clerk of Council shall pre- <br /> pare and distribute, periodioally, the amendments and supplements <br /> to the Codified Ordinances. <br /> <br /> Section 14. PUBLIC NOTICE. The Clerk of Council shall cause <br /> to be published in the manner required by law, a notice of the <br /> enactment of this ordinance containing the title hereof and a sum- <br /> mary of the new matter contained in the codification; and, immed- <br /> iately after the expiration of the period of such publication, the <br /> Clerk of Council shall enter on the record of ordinances a certifi- <br /> cate stating in which newspaper and of what dates such publication <br /> was made. <br /> <br /> Section 15. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer- <br /> gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br /> <br /> <br />
