-9- Provided, further, that the arrangement and sectional renumber- ing of Zoning Ordinance No. 17~6 as amended from time to time, and as set forth in The Codified. Ordinances of the.City ~f Lakewood, ~h~o ~952. are hereby approved and adopted and any and all future refer- ences, amendments or supplements to said Zoning Ordinance shall be made or adopted by reference to, or by amending or supplementing, the appropriate section or sections of the component Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances. Section 12. PRIOR ORDINANCES NOT AFFECTED BY REPEAL. The re- peal of ordinances as provided in Section ll shall not affect: (1) Any offense or act cO~mitted or done~ or any penalty or forfeiture incurred, or any contract or right established or accru- ing before the~6c&=~ day of September, 1952; (2) Any ordinance or resolution promising or guaranteeing the payment of money by or to the City, or authorizing the issuance of any bonds of the City, or any evidence of the city's indebtedness, or any contract or obligation assumed by the City; (3) The Administrative ordinances or resolutions of the Council not in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of the Codified Ordinances; {~) Any right or franchise conferred by any ordinance os reso- lution of the Council on any person or corporation; (5) Any ordinance naming, relocating or vacating any street or public way; (6) Any ordinance levying or imposing taxes, assessments, or charges; (7) Any salary ordinance; (8) Any ~rosecution, suit or other proceeding pending, or any Judgment rendered on or prior to the ~t~. day of September, 1952; or (9} Any ordinance which may be adopted by Council after the first day of September, 1952.
