-3- <br /> <br /> Section 5. OTHER A~ENDMENTS A~D SUPPLEMENTS. The Codified <br />~dinances of the City of Lakewood. Ohio. 1952. may be amended or <br />supplemented at any time and, when any amendment or supplement is <br />adopted in such form as to indicate the intention of Council to make <br />the same a part thereof, such amendment or supplement shall be in- <br />corporated in, and deemed a part of, the Codified Ordinances so <br />that a reference to the Codified Ordinances shall be understood and <br />construed as including The Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake- <br />wood, Ohio, 195.2, and any and all such amendments and supplements. <br /> <br /> Section 6. FORM OF AMENDMENT OR SUPPLEMENT. Ail amendments <br />and supplements enacted as a part of the Codified Ordinances shall <br />be integrated therewith by followingthe form of arrangement and <br />plan hereby adopted. Each code shall be sub-divided into titles; <br />each title shall be sub-divided into chapters; and each chapter <br />shall be sub-divided into sections which shall be numbered in accor- <br />dance with the numbering system adopted by the Bureau of Code Revi- <br />sion of Ohio, established by the 96th General Assembly, for the <br />proposed Ohio Revised Code, as may be adaptable to the requirements <br />of the City of Lakewood. The numbering of sections shall be conse- <br />cutive within each chapter commencing with the first section of <br />Chapter 1, which shall be numbered Section 101.01, the.first "1" <br />signifying Code 1, the two figures "Gl" before the decimal signify- <br />ing Chapter 1, and the two figures "01" after the decimal signify- <br />ing the first section in Chapter 1 of the Code. <br /> <br /> Section ?. HOW KNOWN AND CITED. This Adopting Ordinance, The <br />~odified Ord~ances. of the.City of Lakewood, Ohio, 1952. hereby <br />adopted, and any and all amendments or supplements which may be <br />adopted as hereinbefore provided including a new Building Code if <br />and after adopted, as any such may exist from time to time, shall <br />be known and referred to as the Codified Ordinances; any component <br />code of the Codified Ordinances shall be known and referred ko <br />either as "the code", "this code", "component code" or as desig- <br />nated in Sections 1 and ~ hereof; and sections of the Codified Ordi- <br />nances may be referred to and cited in the form "C.O.~ "as may be <br /> <br /> <br />
