Section 2. ADOPTION OF CODIFIED ORDINANCES. The general and permanent ordinances of the City of Lakewood so revised, rearranged, compiled, renumbered as to sections and codified, are hereby approved and adopted, and the same shall be printed and published in book form in the manner and method provided in Section 13 hereof as ..T~.e Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake~ood, Ohio. 1952. and when so printed, published and assembled in complete book form and certified as correct by the President of Council, the Clerk of Council an~ the Mayor, shall be admitted in evidence and accepted by the courts and all persons as to the existence, effectiveness and regularity of all enactments so published in such book form as of the effective date designated herein. One copy of The Cgdified Ordinances Of t~e City of Lakewood, Ohio. 1952. upon printing and certification as to correctness there- of in such book form by the President of Council, the Clerk of Council and the Mayor, shall be attached to this ordinance as a part hereof and filed and retained as the permanent ordinance record of the City of Lakewood. Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. The Codified OrdinaDces ~f the. City of Lakewo0d., Ohio, 1952, consisting of six component codes as hereinbefore and therein designated and all provisions thereof and hereof shall take effect and be in force at, on and after 12:O1 A. M. o,clock, Eastern Daylight Saving Time, September $, 1952. Section $. BUILDING CODE. Upon the adoption by Council of a new Building Code, such Building Code shall become and be the seventh component code of The Codified Ordinances~of the City 9~ Lakewood, Oh~o. 1952j shall be designated "(13) Building Code" and, on and after the effective date thereof as provided by Council, shall be considered a part of The Codified Ordinances of. the City of ~akewood. Ohio.. 1952, and subject to all of the provisions thereof and hereof.
