OPJ)IN~NCE NO. ~8~ BY MLr. ~tckery~ AN ORDINANCE amending and supplementing Ordinance No, 1786 generally k~own as the zoning ordinance, by supplementing Section 2, amending present Section 3 and sub-section (c) of Section ~, and by the enactment of new sub- section (c) of Section 5, so es to provide for ,mn additional use classification and f or off-street ~ parking therein; and repemling present Section 3 and sub- section (c) of Section ~ of 0rdS~ance No~ 1786 as heretofore amended~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF LAK~.[OOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordiuance MOo !786, as amended from time to time, be ~mended and supplemented by adding to "f~[~OUP i -- RESIDENCE CLAsoES" a new use class to read as follows: Class ld uses: time to (1) Off-street Parking~ Section 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance No, 1786, as amended from time, and now reading: "Section 3, DISTRICTS AND ZONE I~P-- The C~ty of Lakewood is hereby divided into three classes of residence districts termed respectively Class la, lb aod lc ~nd into two classes of retail and commercial districts termed respectively Class 2a and 2b and into two classes of industrial districts termed respectively Class 3a and 3b and into four classes of heights districts termed respectively Class H-l, H-2, H-3 and H-J~ and into six classes of area districts termed respectively Class A, A-l~ A-2, A-3, A-& and a-5; all as shown on the zone map which accompanies this ordi- nance and is hereby declared to be a part hereof. The residence, retail and co~z~ercial, industrial, height and area districts de- signated on said zone map are hereby established. The map designa- tions and the map designations rules which accompany said map are hereby declared to be a part hereof~ No building or premises shall be erected or used except in conformity with the regulations herein prescribed for the residence, retail and commercial,, industrial, height and area districts in which such building or premises is located." shall be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows: "Section 3. DISTRICTS AND ZOHE 1-~P --- The City of Lakewood is hereby divided into four classes of residence districts termed re- spectively Class la, lb, lc and id and into two classes of retail aud commercial districts termed respectively Class 2a and 2b and into two classes of industrial districts termed respectively Class 3a and 3b and into four classes of height districts termed respective- ly Class H-i, H-2, H-3 and H-~ and into six classes of area districts termed respectively Class A, A-i, A-2, A-3, A-~ and A-5; all as shown on the zone map which accompanies this ordinance and is hereby de- clawed to be a part hereof, The residence, retail and commercial, industrial, height and area districts designated on said zone map are hereby established. The map desiguations and the map designations roles which accompany said map are hereby declared to be a part hereof.
