On the termination of the maximum period permits sh~ll be renewable subject to such conditions as may be equitable and in the public in- terest within the l~m~tations hereinbefore Set forth, as determined by the City Planning Commission. (9) The City Planning Commission is hereby empowered and authorized to prescribe and adopt such rules of procedure and forms, such condi- tions and regulations applicable to off-street parking areas gener- ally, and such special conditions and regulations applicable to specif- ic premises used for parking located within class i '(d) residence dis- tricts, as are not in conflict with the Constitution or the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, as it may deem necessary to carry out the purposes and intent of this section~ (1) The l~yor is hereby authorized to revoke or suspend any permit to use premises for parking i~n the event of any breach of the condi- tions or regulations applicable thereto or for violation of law or ordinance in the operation of such parking use or premises," Section 5~ That this ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption and approval of the ~myor at the earliest period allowed by law, and present Section 3 and Sub-section (c) of SeCtion ~ of Ordinance ~o. 1786 shall be and they are hereby repealede Adopted: July 21, 1952 ~.
