On the termination of the maximum period permits sh~ll be renewable <br /> subject to such conditions as may be equitable and in the public in- <br /> terest within the l~m~tations hereinbefore Set forth, as determined <br /> by the City Planning Commission. <br /> (9) The City Planning Commission is hereby empowered and authorized <br /> to prescribe and adopt such rules of procedure and forms, such condi- <br /> tions and regulations applicable to off-street parking areas gener- <br /> ally, and such special conditions and regulations applicable to specif- <br /> ic premises used for parking located within class i '(d) residence dis- <br /> tricts, as are not in conflict with the Constitution or the Charter <br /> and Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, as it may deem necessary to <br /> carry out the purposes and intent of this section~ <br /> (1) The l~yor is hereby authorized to revoke or suspend any permit <br /> to use premises for parking i~n the event of any breach of the condi- <br /> tions or regulations applicable thereto or for violation of law or <br /> ordinance in the operation of such parking use or premises," <br /> Section 5~ That this ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption <br />and approval of the ~myor at the earliest period allowed by law, and <br />present Section 3 and Sub-section (c) of SeCtion ~ of Ordinance ~o. 1786 <br />shall be and they are hereby repealede <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />July 21, 1952 <br /> <br />~.
