- 2 <br /> <br />The said specifications, and all plans, profiles and drawings <br />listed in said specifications, and the original proposal made <br />to the City by Contractor, dated April 30, 1958, together with <br />this agreement,form the contract, and are as fully a part hereof <br />as if all were attached hereto, or herein repeated. <br /> <br />City agrees and binds itself to pay to Contractor the money due <br />under this agreement in accordance with the terms hereof. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City has caused to be hereunto af- <br />fixed its corporate name by its director of public works, in <br />accordance with an order duly made, and the Contractor has here- <br />unto subscribed its name at Lakewood, Ohio, the day and year <br />aforesaid. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof, and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its a- <br />doption and approval by the N~yor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />JulY 7, 1958 <br /> <br />Thomas C,.
