Section 3. That the Glerk be and he is hereby directed to f~rnish <br />to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a cer- <br />tified copy of this ordinance immediately upon the effective date there- <br />of. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
