G) Any and all gas fired equipment within the area shall be <br />turned off, including pilot lights. <br /> <br />H) All. resurfacing or finishing shall be performed at hours when <br />the premises are not being used by the public. <br /> <br />I) No smoking or open flame shall be allowed during these oper- <br />ations. <br /> <br /> Section 2o That Section 526.99 of the Business Regulation Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be enacted ko read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />526.99 Penalty <br /> <br />~oever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined <br />not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars, or im- <br />prisoned for not more than sixty days, or both. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
