(c) The temperature of the air in the pool room of an indoor swimming pool, similarly taken. (d) The amount of residual chlorine or other bactericide in the water of the pool, tested at le&st once in the morning and once in the afternoon of each day the pool is used, together with the name or initials of the person testing to determine such amount. (e) The dates on which the filters are backwashed. (f) The dates on which the hair and lint catchers are cleaned. (g) The number of gallons of water per day recirculated in the pool. fh) The date on which each sample is taken for bacterial count, and the name or initials of the person taking such sample. (i) Such further information as may be required by the Commissioner of Health in order to determine whether the pool is being safely operated. 329.131 Personnel Required. (a) Operating Personnel. Bach public swimming pool shall be operated under the close supervision of a well-trained and responsible operator or operators,-capable of making field tests such as residual chlorine or other bactercide, and thoroughly familiar with the operation of all mechanical appurtenances of the pool. Any such operator shall, upon request, demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Health, his ability to perform his required duties. (b) Life Guards. A sufficient number of attendants shall be on duty when the swimming pool is in use who shall be capable swimmers, competent in life-saving methods and resuscitation. FAMILY SWIMMING POOLS 329.132 r Plans to Be Submitted to the Division of Building Inspection. Plans, specifications and pertinent explanatory data re- quired to be submitted in connection with an application for a permit to construct a family swimming pool or any alteration, addition, remodeling or other improvements thereto shall comply with the following requirements, and shall includs...~ah~.~llowing plans and information, as well as such other data as may reasonably be requested by the Commissioner of Health and Commissioner of Building Inspection.
