Section 3. That Section 1121.04 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading: <br /> <br />"1121.04. ~ District. <br /> <br />In a class H4 district no building shall be erected to a <br />height in excess of one hundred (100) feet, nor shall the <br />height of any portion of the building exceed two (2) times <br />the distance of ~uch portion of the building from the <br />center line of the street, provided that in the case of a <br />corner building the height permitted on either street may <br />be carried back one hundred (100) feet along the other <br />street." <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />ll21.0~ H~ District. <br /> <br />In a class H4 Height District no building shall be erect- <br />ed to a height in excess of one hundred (100) feet, except <br />that in a class H4 A5 Height District no building shall be <br />erected to a height in excess of one hundred fifty (150) <br />feet. In any H4 Height District any portion of the build- <br />ing shall not exceed one and one half (l-l/2) times the <br />distance of such portion of the building from the center <br />line of the street; nor shall the height of any portion of <br />the building exceed the distance of such portion of the <br />building from any dwelling house district. <br /> <br />In any H~ Height District no portion of a garage shall ex- <br />ceed i story in height above grade. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
