That Section 1133.10 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be enacted to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />1133.10 Size of Apartments <br /> <br />In any lb Use District, in any development, at least <br />seventy per cent (70%) of the apartment units shall con- <br />tain at least one bedroom in addition to the other re- <br />quired rooms and at least thirty per cent (30%) of the <br />apartment units shall contain at least two bedrooms in <br />addition to the other required rooms. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That this ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force ~ the earliest period allowed by law, and original <br />Sections · 33.O~, 1133.O45, 1133.05, 1133'06 and 1133.07 of the <br />Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />shall be and they are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted:,S~ptemb,er 21~ ].959 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
