Between a main wall facing <br />a secondary wall if over- <br />lap is less than 50 feet° <br /> <br />30 feet plus 0o~ times <br />height of highest building. <br /> <br />Between a secondary wall <br />facing another secondary <br />wall, or between corners <br />of the buildings in other <br />secondary to secondary <br />wall relationships, if the <br />overlap is less than 50 <br />feet. <br /> <br />12 feet plus 0°4 times <br />height of highest building, <br />or 12 feet plus 0°3 times <br />height if opposing walls <br />are blank surfaces. <br /> <br />If parallel walls, or walls obliquely aligned within 45 <br />degrees of parallel, overlap more than 50 feet, the min- <br />imum distances set forth in the above schedule mhatl be <br />increased not less than 0.15 times the number of feet the <br />walls overlap more than 50 feet. If walls are obliquely <br />aligned, the required distance shall be measured perpend- <br />icularly from one of the walls to a point half way between <br />the ends of the other welts in no case, however, shall the <br />near end of the other wall be closer than 10 feet less <br />than the required distance. <br /> <br />The minimum width of a yard between any wall and a side <br />lot line shall be not less than one-half of the width of <br />yard required between that wall and an identical wall <br />parallel to and fully overlapping it. If the overlap ex- <br />ceeds 50 feet, the minimum distance shall be increased no <br />less than 0°07 times the number of feet of overlap more <br />than 50 feet. If the wall is aligned obliquely to the <br />property line and within 45 degrees parallel to it, the <br />required distance shall be measured perpendicularly from <br />the property line to a point half way between the ends <br />of the buildin wall- i- <br /> g , n no case, however, shall the <br />near end come closer to the lot iine than 8 feet. <br /> <br />3. Use and Design of Yards - The required yards, as set <br />forth in the above subsection, shall be fully developed <br />with lawns or other landscape planting except where used <br />for pedestrian walks, terraces, recreational areas, park- <br />ing areas or driveways.
