AN E~ERGENCYORDINANCE providing a rate schedule for the use of the auditorium and other facilities in the M~uicipal Departments and Administration Building. WHEREAS, This ordinance provides for the usual daily opera- tion of a municipal department, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW~OD, STATE OF OHIG~ Section 1. That the fellow-lng rates shall be chargedlocal organizations and indiViduals for the use of the various rooms in the Municipal Departments and Administration Building~ Entire Auditorium $ 40.00 Per Section lO.O0 Kitchens lO.O0 Basement Room lO.C0 9A~-5~ 5PM-1A~ 9AM-SP~ 5P~-lA~ Men. A discount of 25% shall be given te any organization holding l0 or mere meetings in any one calendar year. Section 2. That the rental of said premises shall be subject to the following rules~ In case premises, or any part thereof, shall be destroyed by fire or damaged by fire er any other cause er if any casualty or un- forseen occurrence shall render the fulfilment of the rental agree- ment by City impossible, the City shall not in any case be held liable or responsible te renter for any damage caused by such failure to have premises available. That in renting the said premises, City does not relinquish the right to continue the management of the premises and to enforce all necessary and proper rules for the regulation and operation of City shall furnish electricity, heat and hot and cold run- ning water, Renter agrees that it, its members and guests, shall abide by, conform to and comply with all laws of the United States and the State o~ Ohio, and all ordinances of the City, and the rules and re~atzons of City for the gover~nent and management of premises, together with all rules and regulations of the police and fire de- partments of the City, and will not do, or suffer to be done, any- thing on premises in violation of such rules, laws or ordinances. If City officials call rentorts attention te violation of any of the provisions of this paragraph, renter will in~ediately desist from and correct such violation.
