AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing <br />the compensation of hourly employees in the several depart- <br />ments and divisions of the City of Lakewood commencing <br />February 1, 1965. <br /> <br /> .. WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment in that in the interest of public service, welfare and <br />safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
