-2- <br /> <br />Section 121.05 Order of Business <br /> <br />The business of regular meetings of Council <br />shall be transacted in the following order: <br /> <br /> 1o Roll callo <br />2o ReHding and disposal of the minutes <br /> of previous meetings. <br />3. Old Business and reports and communica- <br /> tions of Council Committees, Councilmen, <br /> Mayor, City Officers and others respective- <br /> ly relevant thereto in the order stated. <br />4o New Business <br /> (a) Reports and communications of COuncil <br /> Committees and Councilmen. <br /> (b) Reports and communications from the <br /> Mayor and other City officers. <br /> (c) Other communications, petitions and <br /> claims. <br />5. Routine ordinances, accepting and making <br /> assessments and relating to street re- <br /> surfacing programs. <br />6. Miscellaneous business° <br /> <br />The President may permit any matter to be introduced <br />out of the regular order unless the same be objected to <br />by a majority of the members present. <br /> <br />SeCtion 121.07 Qfficial Reports, to..Council <br /> <br />Whenever the Mayor, the director of any <br />department, or any other officer or any <br />employee of the City of Lakewood is re- <br />quired by charter, ordinance, resolution, <br />rule of council, law, or rule or order of any <br />department or any superior, to make, or does <br />for any reason make any report or communica- <br />tion to Council, such report or communication <br />shall be in writing and-typed and suitable <br />for reproduction on document reproducing <br />equipment in use by the City. <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />The Clerk shall refuse to transmit to Council <br />or to receive on .its behalf, any such report <br />or communication wh'ich is not written and in <br />condition suitable for reproduction. <br /> <br />Failure to furnish the communications and <br />reports hereinabove required may be regarded <br />by Council and treated as a failure to furnish <br />a report or communication and may be a subject <br />of reprimand or disciplinary action e~aally as <br />would a complete failure to make the report or <br />communication° <br /> <br />The original report or communication shall <br />be retained by the Clerk and placed on the <br />permanent records of Council° The Clerk will <br />make and transmit one copy of each such report <br /> <br /> <br />
