-3- <br /> <br />and communidation to the Mayor and to each <br />member of Council in advance of the presen- <br />tation to Council of such report or com- <br />munication for consideration. <br /> <br />Section 121o12 Fu..nlsh~nq of Information <br /> <br />Any employee of the City of Lakewood or appointee of <br />any board or commission of the City will furnish, upon <br />request, to the Clerk of Council, or his or her <br />assistants, or any member of Council, or his representa~ <br />tive, any information requested, within his knowledge <br />or responsibility, related to the City of Lakewood, an <br />activity done or contemplated by, for, or on behalf of <br />the City of Lak~wood, or in the furtherance of its <br />powers and duties, or pending or potential legislation <br />and no such request shall be unreasonably delayed or <br />countermanded except with the permission of the requester. <br /> <br />Section 121.13 Access to. Files <br /> <br />All general files of the City of Lakewood shall be open <br />at all reasonable times to the Clerk of Council, His or <br />her assistants, and members of CO~ncil. <br /> <br />Section 121o14 Office o.f the .Council <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />There is hereby established the Office of <br />the Council, which shall be under the direct <br />supervision of the Clerk of Council and shall <br />consist of the Clerk and such assistant full <br />and part-time clerks as shall, from time to <br />time, be authorized by Council. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The Office of the Councit shall be located in <br />the City Hall at such place and shall be <br />equipped with such furniture and equipment, <br />files and other accessories as the Council <br />may, from time to time, authorize. <br /> <br />Section 121.15 The...Clerk of..Council <br /> <br /> (a) No contract for employment of the Clerk of <br /> Council, or such full or part~time assistants <br /> as may be. authorized, shall extend beyond a <br /> term of ~eyears and all such contracts will <br /> provide that they may be terminated at any time <br /> by a vote of six members of Council. <br /> l~l.16 <br />Section ~ Duties of the Cl~rk of council <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br /> In addition to the duties usually and custom- <br />arily perfo=med by such Clerk and secretaries <br />and such further duties as may be required by <br />law orby resolution of Council, it shall be the <br />duty of the Clerk to prepare a docket and agenda <br />of the business proposed to be transacted at <br />any regular or special:Council meeting and to <br />cause a copy thereof to be delivered to each <br /> <br /> <br />
