No matter not included <br />in the docket, or otherwise calIed to the <br />attention of all members of Council at least <br />twelve (12) hours before the meeting, shall <br />be submitted to Council for final a~tion if <br />objected to by two members present. <br /> <br />In preparing the docket and agenda for each <br />regular Council meeting, the Clerk shall only <br />place thereon all matters received for such <br />purpose by noon of the ~ursday prior to the <br />meeting for which the docket and agenda per- <br />tains and the Clerk shall save until the next <br />regular meeting all matters received after noon <br />of the prior Thursday. The docket and agenda <br />for special meetings shall only include those <br />matters designated by the person or persons <br />calling the same. Supplemental dockets will <br />only~be prepared upon the approval and in~1 <br />structions of the President of Council. <br /> <br />A copy of the complete agenda and docket for <br />each forthcoming Council meeting and the <br />minutes of each Council meeting shall be fur- <br />nished to each member of Council, The Mayor, <br />each department and division head and to each <br />daily and weekly newspaper circulating in <br />Lakewood and to such members or.the public as <br />desire the same, provided that the following <br />fees and charges are established, to be col- <br />lected on an annual basis, for the provision <br />of Council agendas, dockets and minutes to <br />members of the public: <br /> <br />Annual subscription to the agenda <br />alone, free, but must be renewed by <br />request at the end of each calendar <br />year and may be initiated a~ any <br />time during the year; <br /> <br />2. Annual subscription to the minutes <br /> alone, $5~00 per year; <br /> <br />Annual subscription tothe agenda <br />with complete docket and minutes, <br />$30.00 per year, and, <br /> <br /> · ' o <br />free cop~e~tof the agenda w~%l als be made <br />availabie4~ the Council Offmce and at each <br />meeting of Council for members of the public <br />and copies of complete or partial dockets and <br />minutes shall be furnished tO such other govern- <br />mental bodies, groups and persons as council <br />may from time to time specifically direct. <br /> <br />The Clerk of Council shall be responsible for <br />the publishing, advertising and certification <br />of any legislation and legal notice as required <br />by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
