J <br /> <br />-5' <br /> <br />(el <br /> <br />The Clerk of council shall be responsible <br />for the custody, maintenance, distribution <br />and sale according to instructions of <br />Council, of all copies of the.Codified 0rdt~ <br />nances of the City of Lakewood, and sale of <br />copies of the charter, ordinances, resolu- <br />tions and other public documents of the City <br />of Lakewood herewith no provision for sate <br />is otherwise made by ordinance. <br /> <br />The Clerk of Council shall also be respon- <br />sible for providing secretarial services to~ the <br />the Civil ServiCe Commission; the Board o£ <br />Appeals; the Board of Building Standards; <br />the Planning Commission; and the Planning <br />Director as maybe requested by said bodies,. <br />respectively. <br /> <br />The Clerk of Council shall be responsible <br />for recording the CoUncil meetings and the <br />care and custody of the tapes, Which shall <br />be kept for a period of four years. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />The Clerk of Council may receive funds for <br />services and sales offered by the Office of <br />Council and account therefor ~o the Finance <br />Director at least monthty. <br /> <br />Section 121.17 <br /> <br />All referrals to committees which are more than six <br />months old shall automatically be terminated and be <br />considered discharged at.the end of each biennium or <br />term of Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance is declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereaf <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take e££ect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adopbion. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> <br />
