-2- <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />So <br /> <br />LAKEWOOD will provide treatment at the Lakewood Sewage <br />Treatment Plant of all wastewater from that pertion of <br />the Cleveland-West Park area now being served by the <br />present Lakewood Plant, as per attached map. <br /> <br />CLEVELAND shall have the right, upon notification, to <br />increase or decrease the volume of wastewater from the <br />Cleveland-West Park area and to change the tributary <br />area, as long as it does not exceed the capacity reserve~ <br />for CLEVELAND'S Use in the Lakewood Sewage Treatment <br />Plant. <br /> <br />LAKEWOOD will provide treatment fO~ all LAKEWOOD waste- <br />water now tributary to the West ll7th Street sewer and, <br />at no cost to CLEVELAND, will provide treatment for such <br />CLEVELAND wastewater as is tributary to this sewer as pex <br />the attached map° LAKEWOOD shall construct a diversion <br />sewer between Cliften Boulevard and Lake Avenue so as to <br />direct sanitary sewage flow from the west ll7th Street <br />sewer to the Lakewood Sewage Treatment Plant° Any modi- <br />fications of the West ll7th Street sewer are to be ap- <br />proved by CLEVELAND, with LAKEWOOD being responsible for <br />any costs incurredo CLEVELAND shall be responsible for <br />the control of the quality of CLEVELAND industrial waters <br />discharged into the West li7th Street sewer° CLEVELAND <br />will monitor all waters discharged into this sewer, and <br />will notify LAKEWOOD promptly of any problem arising by <br />virtue of LAKEWOOD sewage° <br /> <br />LAKEWOOD sewage flow from a thirty-three (33) acre area <br />as per attached map, now drains into the CLEVELAND <br />sewer system, and will be metered along with CLEVELAND <br />sewage, as it flows to the Lakewood Plant° An adjacent <br />CLEVELAND area of 1o5 acres as per attached map, drains <br />into LAKEWOOD sewers via a separate outlet, and will flo~ <br />unmetered into the Lakewood Plant° <br /> <br />At such time as CLEVELAND'S total flow exceeds its <br />assigned capacity of 3.2 MoGoDo, the Cleveland-West Park <br />area metered sewage flows toLAKEWOOD shall be adjusted <br />proportionately on an acreage basis to take into account <br />the 33 acre LAKEWOOD area and the 1o5 acre CLEVELAND are& <br /> <br />LAKEWOOD will assume full responsibility for constructio~ <br />of a larger sewer including a sewage flow meter in <br />Riverside Drive in LAKEWOOD, to be utilized by CLEVELAND <br />wastewater from the West Park areao <br /> <br />CLEVELAND will treat all LAKEWOOD wastewater which is <br />tributary to the Berea Road sewer as per attached map <br />and which presently flows to the Cleveland Westerly <br />Sewage Treatment Plant, at no cost to LAKEWOODo <br /> <br />CLEVELAND'S assigned capacity is 3°2 MoGoDo or 24.6% of <br />total plant capacity° As its share of financing the <br />construction costs of the new Lakewood Sewage Treatment <br />Plant, CLEVELAND shall pay to LAKEWOOD a sum equal to <br /> <br /> <br />
