That Section 143.02 of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />Section 143.02 Guaranteed Work Week <br /> <br />"Full time permanent hourly employees, if available <br />and willing to work, shall be and hereby are guaranteed <br />employment for a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, <br />and in fulfillment of such guarantee will be paid a <br />minimum regular time wage equal to forty (40) hours <br />regular time work. This provision shall not apply <br />where (a) the hours worked, or a compensated holiday, <br />or a compensated vacation, or a compensated sick leave, <br />or any two or more of such matters in combination <br />amount to forty (40) or more hours in actual time in <br />any week; (b) regular time pay plus overtime pay equal <br /> <br /> <br />
