That Section 143.05(a) of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />Section 143.05(a) <br /> <br />t~Each full time permanent hourly employee shall be <br /> entitled to a vacation with pay after regular time <br /> hours of service and for vacation periods as follows: <br /> <br /> EEGUL~R TIME SERVICE VACATION <br />1. 1000 to 1179 hours 44 hours <br />2. 1180 to 1359 hours 52 hours <br />3. 1360 to 1539 hours 60 hours <br />4. 1540 to 1719 hours 68 hours <br />5. 1720 to 1899 hours 76 hours <br />6. 1900 to 1999 hours 84 hours <br />7. 2000 or more hours 88 hours <br /> <br />In applying the above table there shall be included <br />in the term "regular time hours of service" all <br />(1) regular time hours worked; (2) regular time hours <br />not worked but compensated by reason of the guaranteed <br />work week, holiday, vacation or sick leave provisions <br />hereof; and (3) regular time hours neither worked nor <br />directly compensated by the City but for which an <br />employee received workmen's compensation because of <br />injury sustained in course of employment by the City°" <br /> <br />t~e and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 143.05 (a) <br /> <br />Each hourly employee who has achieved the status of <br />a full time permanent hourly employee pursuant to <br />Section 143o01(e) of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood shall be entitled to a vacation with <br />pay after regular time service based on the following <br />table: <br /> <br />REGULAR TIME SERVICE <br /> <br />VACATION <br /> <br />. 6 weeks <br />11 weeks <br />16 weeks <br />21 weeks <br />26 weeks <br />31 weeks <br />36 weeks <br />41 weeks <br />46 weeks <br />52 weeks <br /> <br /> 1 working day <br /> 2 working days <br /> 3 working days <br /> 4 working days <br /> 5 working days <br /> 6 working days <br /> 7 working days <br /> 8 working days <br /> 9 working days <br />10 working days <br /> <br /> <br />
