That the zoning map which is a part of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be amended to show four (le) <br />use districts on Madison Avenue which may be described in general as: <br /> <br />(1) Beginning at the east lot line of the properties on the <br />corners at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Riverside <br />Drive and extending eastward on both sides of the street follow- <br />ing the existing boundary of the retail store district to North- <br />land on the north side of Madison and the east line of parcel <br />No. 7 Page 14 Book 313 on the south side of Madison Avenue and <br />north side of Hilliard Road. <br /> <br />(2) Beginning at a point on the south side of Madison Avenue <br />128.68 feet east from the east right of way line of Morrison <br />Avenue and beginning at a point on the north side of Madison <br />Avenue 228.07 feet east from the east right of way line of <br />Westwood Avenue and extending eastward on both sides of the <br />street from said points of beginning following the existing <br />boundaries of the retail store district to the centerline of <br />Elmwood Avenue on the north side of Madison Avenue and Elnm~ood <br />Avenue on the south side of Madison Avenue. <br /> <br />(3) Beginning at the easterly lot line of Parcel No. 7, Page 18, <br />Book 314 on the south side of Madison Avenue and beginning at the <br />center line of St. Charles Avenue on the north side of Madison <br />Avenue and extending eastward on both sides of the street, fol- <br />lowing the existing boundaries of the retail store district, to <br />the centerline of Quail Avenue on the south side of Madison <br />Avenue and to the centerllne of Lakewood Avenue on the north <br />side of Madison Avenue. <br /> <br />(4) Beginning at a lot line on the south side of Madison Avenue <br />80 feet east of the east right of way line of Lark Avenue and <br />extending east on the south side of Madison Avenue to the west <br />right of way line of Magee Avenue. On the north side of Madison <br />Avenue from a lot line 50 feet west of the west right of way line <br />of Hopkins Avenue and extending east on the north side of Madison <br />Avenue following the existing rear property line of the lots <br />fronting the north side of Madison Avenue to a lot line 70 feet <br />west of Coutant Avenue right of way line. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of Lakewood be and the same are hereby supplemented by enacting a new Chapter <br />14 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1114.01 HIGH DENSITY APARTMENT DISTRICT <br /> (Class le Use District) <br /> <br />(a) Main Uses <br /> <br />In a class le use district no building or premises shall be used and <br />no building shall be erected, altered or lot occupied which is <br />arranged, intended or designed to be used except the following: <br /> <br />(1) All principal uses permitted in a la and lb use district <br />excepting a dwelling. <br /> <br />(2) Mortuaries. <br /> <br />(3) Day nurseries or kindergarten. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Accessory Uses <br /> <br />(1) In a class le use district, any accessory use permitted in <br />the la or lb use district shall be permitted, except as regulated <br />herein, provided such use is located upon the same lot with the <br />building or use to which it is accessory. <br /> <br /> <br />
