- 4 - <br /> <br /> Section 1114.08 OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> <br /> Off-street parking in ale use district shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) I 1/2 spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit, one-half of <br /> which spaces shall be in garages. <br /> <br /> (h) Garages shall not extend above grade forwardly of the set-back <br /> line, or more than two (2) feet above grade rearwardly of the set-hack <br /> line. <br /> <br /> (c) Off-street parking for all uses other than dwelling units shall <br /> be as established for similar uses under Section 1115.015 of the <br /> Zoning Code. <br /> <br /> (d) Design of off-street parking lots shall be as provided in Section <br /> 1115.016 of the Zoning Code. ~ <br /> <br /> Section 1114.09 PLANNING CO~IISSIONREVIEW OF PLANS <br /> <br /> Development plans shall be submitted t~ the Planning'Commission for <br /> review in the same manner as provided in Section 1133.045 of the <br /> Zoning Code for development of apartments in a Class lb Use District. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
