of the sub-division, the ~ame of the owner, the date <br />when signed by the surveyor and the ~roper acceptance <br />~lauses to be signed by the owner and notarized. <br />Acceptance clauses to be signed by the city engineer, <br />the secretary of the Planning commission, and a <br />dedication clause to be signed by the owner shall <br />appear thereon. <br /> <br /> (b) The final plat shall be made in india ink on a <br />good quality tracing cloth. <br /> <br />(c) The final plat shall be made to the scale of <br />one inch equals fifty feet (1" = 50'), shall be <br />complete and consistent in itself as to all measure- <br />ments and shall show all survey data both as to <br />monuments and courses used to define the outlines <br />of the land alloted. <br /> <br />Section 1701.07 Procedure for Approval of Final Plat <br /> <br />(a) The final plat shall be submitted to the <br />planning director. If he finds that all requirements <br />of this Chapter and other pertinent ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood have been complied with, he shall <br />present such plat to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />(b) If the Planning Commission finds that all require- <br />ments of this Chapter and all other pertinent ordin- <br />ances of the City of Lakewood have been complied with, <br />and that all conditions imposed by it in its preliminary <br />approval have been met, tile Commission shall approve it <br />and in the event such plan contains provisions for <br />dedication of a new street, may send it to Council. <br /> <br />(c) In the event there are existing buildings on the <br />lands being subdivided, the Cor~ission may, as a con- <br />dition of its approval, require the owner to remove <br />said buildings prior to the sale or disposal of any <br />sublots shown thereon or the construction of any <br />buildings thereon. <br /> <br />(d) If Council approves the proposed street or streets <br />as shown on said plan, the owner shall be entitled to <br />rely on the action of Council that upon compliance <br />with Sections 1701.08 to 1701.10, i.nclusive, Council <br />will accept the dedication of such street. The <br />acceptance of the dedication clause shall not be <br />signed by the Clerk of Council until the city engineer <br />has certified that the owner has complied with the <br />conditions of Sections 1701.08 to 1701.10, inclusive, <br />and Council has, by ordinance, accepted and confirmed <br />such dedication. <br /> <br />Section 1701.08 ~mprovements7 Acceptance of Streets <br /> <br />(a) The street improvement plans shall be prepared <br />on tracing cloth in india ink with a horizontal scale <br />of one inch equals fifty feet (1" = 50') and a <br />vertical scale of one inch equals five feet (1" = 5') <br />by the owner's engineer, who shall be a registered, <br /> <br /> <br />
