-3- <br /> <br /> Section 2. !l~at said Urban Renewa& Plan, together with all supple- <br />mentary dava and recor~endations for the project have been duly considered <br /> re~iewed, and said Urban Renewal Plan is hereby approved and adopted, <br /> the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to file a copy of said Urban <br />Rmuewal Plan with the minu~es of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Urban Renewal Plan for the Project Area will <br />afford maximum opportunity consistenv with the sound needs of the community <br />as a whole for the redevelopment of the Project Area by private enterprise. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
