Gaydos, Graber, <br /> Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> 'e d in <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1].1~.%.~ o~ the Zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and <br />revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property hereinafter <br />described and to amend the Building Line Map as established in <br />Section 1135.01 of said Zoning Code. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 111t.12 of the Zoning Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby <br />amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that <br />the property, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on westerly line of the Freeman property <br />known as Permanent Parcel No. 312-8-28, measured northerly <br />along said westerly line 140 feet from the northerly line of <br />Lake Avenue (100 feet wide), said point being the northwesterly <br />corner of the Margaret O'Shea property (Permanent Parcel No. <br />312-8-18); thence northerly along the westerly lane of the <br />Freeman property aforesaid about 785 feet, measured along said <br />line from the northerly line of Lake Avenue; thence to a point <br />distant easterly 130 feet, measured at right angles from said <br />westerly line of the Freeman property; thence southeasterly <br />165 feet to a point distant easterly at right angles 225 feet <br />from said westerly line; thence southerly 200 feet to a point <br />distant easterly at right angles 235 feet from said westerly <br />line; thence in a southeasterly direction 195 feet to a point <br />distant at right angles 340 feet from said westerly line of the <br />Freeman property; thence southeasterly about 105 feet to a point <br />on the easterly line of the Freeman property; thence southerly <br />along said easterly line of the Freeman property aboUt 226 feet, <br />which point is about 149 feet northerly from the north line of <br />Lake Avenue, measured along said easterly line; thence westerly <br /> about 342 feet to the northeasterly corner of the property as <br />originally transferred to Felicia A. Rizzo and known as <br />(Permanent Parcel No. 312-8-i9)~ thence westerly along the <br />northerly line of the Rizzo property and westerly along the <br />northerly line of the O'Shea property aforesaid to the north- <br />westerly corner thereof and the place of beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from Class <br />ib-A2a-H1 to Class lb-A5-H4. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make said reclassification, change and <br />revision in the Zoning Map, which Zoning Map~ with said reclassifi- <br />cation, change and revision made as herein provided, is hereby <br />declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Building Line Map, as established <br />in Section 1135.01 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood, be amended so as to change the depth of <br />the building line from 50 feet to 450 feet on the northerly side <br />of Lake Avenue on the property baying frontage on Lake Avenue and <br />generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Lake Avenue <br /> a distance of 472.18 feet east of the easterly line of <br /> Nicholson Avenue and extending in an easterly direction on <br /> the northerly side of Lake Avenue a distance of 353 feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
