That the City Engineer be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make the amendment~ to the Building Line <br />Map provided for in this ordinance~ and such amended Building Line <br />Map is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That, notwithstanding any provisicn of the <br />Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, no <br />garage or parking area shall be located within 350 feet of the <br />northerly line of Lake Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That no means of ingress or egress serving <br />the above-described lands shall be permitted to or from Nicholson <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 7.
