--2-' Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Sublot Number 91 in the Stein-Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence easterly along the southerly line cf said sublot a distance of 96 feet to a point in the easterly line of said subdivision; thence southerly along the said easterly line a distance of 5.49 feet to a point in the northerly line of Franklin Avenue (60 feet wide) as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 53 of Maps~ Page 29 of CUyahoga County Records; thence westerly along the northerly line of Franklin Avenue a distance of 96 feet to a point in the easterly line of wyandotte AvenUe (50 feet wide); thence northerly~along the easterly line of Wyandotte Avenue a distance of 5.60 feet to the place of beginning, be the same ~ore or less, but subject t© all legal highways. The VENDEES agree to pay for said property the sum of Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00), payable upon the execution of this Agreement. The VENDOR agrees to convey said premises to the VENDEES by good and sufficient Quit Claim Deed and. VENDEES agree to pay the cost of recording said Deed. There will be no proration of taxes or assessments for the reason that said property is presently tax exempt. SIGNATURES Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and providing it receives the affirmative vote of two- thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
