ORDINANCE NO. 76-69 BY: Messrs. Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling, Gaydos, Graber AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 46-68, adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood on June 3, 1958, relating to distribution of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio. WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of. municipal departments; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. follows: That Ordinance No. 46-68, now reading as "Section 1. The Clerk of Council shall deliver one complete code in binder, including the Charter, to the Mayor, one to the Judge of 'the Municipal Court of Lakewood, one to each member of Council, one to the head of eaCh department or division of the city, one to the Lakewood Public Library, one to the Lakewood Board of Education, one to the Juvenile Court of Cuyahoga County, and a complete code or such component parts of said code to the employees in e~ch dep~rtment or division of t~e City of Lakewood as may be necessary for the daily operation of such departments or divisions of the city. Section 2. The Clerk of Council shall have authority to exchange copies of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, 1968, with the municipalities extending like courtesy to the City of Lakewood. Section 3. The Clerk of Council shall have authority to sell the Codified ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, 1968, and the Charter and Traffic Code separately, at the following rates: (a) Complete code, in ring binder (b) Complete code, in heavy paper cover (c) The Charter of the City of Lakewood (d) The Traffic Code $25.00 15.00 2.00 3.00 Section 4. The Clerk of Council shall distribute periodically the amendments and supplements to the Codified Urdinances." ~e and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1.
